Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, and every parcel is tracked.

When it ships and when it arrives

Orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Delivery then takes 5–12 business days to the United States and 7–15 business days to Australia and New Zealand.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Late November to December can add a few days.

We email your tracking number when the order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show movement.

Where it ships from

Orders are packed at our fulfilment partners' warehouses and sent tracked. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Duties and taxes

United States: import duties are included in our prices. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Australia: orders under A$1,000 have no import duty or GST to pay on delivery.
New Zealand: orders under NZ$1,000 have no import duty or GST to pay on delivery.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within the time shown, we'll email you before that time with a new date. You can then wait for it or cancel for a full refund.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your shipping address at checkout. To change it or cancel the order, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that the order is usually being packed; you can still return it free once it arrives.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered and you can't find the parcel, email us. We'll trace it with the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
