Warranty

Uniqxel LLC (trading as ALACA) warrants the electronics it sells (NV-4, NV-3, RF-800 and CL-1) against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery to the original buyer.

Faults that appear in normal use: the device won't turn on, won't charge, the screen or buttons stop working, or it otherwise stops doing what its product page says it does.

We replace it with the same model, or an equivalent one if that model is no longer available. If we can't replace it, we refund what you paid. Shipping both ways is free.

• Damage from drops, crushing, water beyond the product's rating, or other accidents.
• Normal wear, such as scratches and scuffs.
• Devices that have been opened, repaired or modified by someone other than us.
• Replaceable batteries such as the CR2 cell in the RF-800.
• Loss or theft.

Email info@alacaoutdoor.com with your order number, what's wrong, and a photo or short video. We reply within 1 business day. We may ask a few questions to troubleshoot, then arrange the replacement or the return. Making a claim costs you nothing.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

If you're in New Zealand, our goods also come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including that they are of acceptable quality and fit for their purpose.

This warranty is in addition to those guarantees.
