30-day returns, free

You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back for any reason. Returns are free.

How to return

Email info@alacaoutdoor.com with your order number and the item you're sending back.
We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and how to send it back at no cost.
Pack the item with everything it came with. Unless it's faulty, it should be unused, and clothing unworn and unwashed.

Refunds

Your refund goes to your original payment method within 7 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, stops working or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo or a short video. We'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Warranty on electronics

Our electronics (NV-4, NV-3, RF-800 and CL-1) come with a 12-month limited warranty: if one stops working within 12 months of delivery, we replace it. Full terms: warranty.

Exchanges

To swap a size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order. Both are free.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us. After that, return it free once it arrives.

Customers in Australia

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Our returns policy is in addition to them.

Customers in New Zealand

If you're in New Zealand, our goods also come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including that they are of acceptable quality and fit for their purpose.
