This store is run by Uniqxel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It trades as ALACA. Uniqxel LLC is the company you buy from and the one that charges your card. "We" and "us" mean Uniqxel LLC. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Delivery times and tracking are in the shipping policy.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and we email you when we do. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include shipping. Payment is taken at checkout; card details are encrypted and never stored by us. If we show a wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Where a figure comes from the manufacturer (for example range, resolution or battery life), the product page says so, and real-world results depend on conditions.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns by our refund policy and electronics by our 12-month limited warranty.

Use our products lawfully and as their instructions describe. Don't point a laser rangefinder at anyone's eyes, and respect other people's privacy when using night vision or recording.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, photos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors; please don't copy them without permission.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems are solved within a day, and you never need to open a dispute with your bank to get a refund.

A dispute we can't settle that way is resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

If you live outside the United States, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, including any right they give you to go to your local courts or consumer bodies. Where those laws give you more than these terms, they apply.

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
