Discover what visits after dark
From foxes crossing the garden to deer moving along the tree line, explore nighttime wildlife without disturbing the darkness with a bright flashlight. The NV-4 lights the scene with its own 850 nm infrared beam and shows it in black and white on the screen.
In full darkness, expect to recognise a fox or a deer at 70–90 m (75–100 yd) on the higher infrared levels, and to catch eyeshine beyond that. It is digital infrared night vision, not thermal: it shows detail, records what it sees, and works in daylight too.

Know what's happening outside
Check your yard, garden, barn or chicken coop after sunset. Set the infrared to a middle level, watch the fence line and see nighttime movement as it happens. Press record and the clip saves with the date and time on it, ready for whoever needs to see it.

Explore trails and look over your surroundings after sunset without lighting yourself up. When you do want white light, the built-in 3 W flashlight is on the same body, under the orange button, so you carry one thing, not two.

簡易梱包だが箱は潰れすに届いた。価格から考えれば高性能で日本語対応なのも良い。倍率は10倍とあるが他の人のレビューにもあるが1.2倍くらいしかない…役に立たない。最初から倍率掛かってるからそれで正しいのかもしれない。ピントは手動。コンパスは機能していない…というか水平に置いても何も動かないからよく分からない。撮った写真はパソコンに繋げないと確認できない。モニターで確認できないのは残念だ。

For the money I paid it seems to be really good night vision. I have bought five different monoculars and binoculars and this has been the best and easiest to use and at half the price. really surprised at the crispness of the view. I recommend these for the price. only thing I don't like is the digital zoom but I just have to get more familiar with them. they did good

In full darkness, expect to recognise a fox or a deer at 70–90 m (75–100 yd) on the higher infrared levels, and to see eyeshine further out. Moonlight helps. Listings that promise 800 m are quoting a best case you won't see in a backyard.
Is this thermal?
No. The NV-4 is digital infrared night vision: it lights the scene with its own 850 nm beam and shows the reflected light in black and white. Thermal cameras detect heat and cost several times more. In return the NV-4 shows detail, records, and works in daylight.
Will it work through a window?
No. Glass reflects the infrared beam straight back into the lens, so you'll see a glare. Open the window or step outside.
Can I use it with glasses?
Yes. You look at a screen, not through an eyepiece, so glasses stay on. Hold it a couple of centimetres from your glasses.
How long does the battery last?
About 6 hours as rated. Expect less on infrared level 7 and in the cold. It charges over USB-C in about 4 hours and runs from a power bank.
Does it record?
Yes. It takes photos and records 1080p video at night, with an optional date and time stamp, and up to 3840 × 2160 video in daylight (rated).
Is a memory card included?
No. It has built-in memory and a microSD card slot; bring your own card for longer recordings.
Will animals see the infrared light?
On the higher infrared levels the lamp glows faint red to an animal looking straight at it. Start low, and turn it up only when you need the distance.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days with tracking. Delivery takes 5–12 business days in the US and 7–15 business days in Australia and New Zealand.
What if it isn't for me, or it stops working?
Returns are free for 30 days, and your refund goes out within 7 business days of the return reaching us. If it stops working within 12 months, we replace it.
